Model Construction of Enterprise Smart Safety Performance Management Driven by Big Data

摘要:

大数据时代，智慧安全管理正在改变安全生产管理模式。开展数据驱动的智慧安全绩效管理研究势在必行。首先，提出智慧安全绩效管理的定义，并阐述其内涵、意义与特征。基于此，构建智慧安全绩效管理模型，并从基础设施、数据采集、数据分析、信息服务4方面进行论述。然后，提出企业智慧安全绩效管理的发展策略。研究结果表明：智慧安全绩效管理是以数据驱动方式自动评估安全生产状况，对提高组织过程安全管理水平具有指导意义。

Abstract:

Smart safety management is changing the management mode of work safety in the era of big data. It is imperative to carry out data-driven smart safety performance management research. First, the definition of smart safety performance management was put forward, and connotation, significance, and characteristic of smart safety performance management was elaborated. On this basis, the model of smart safety performance management was constructed, and its content was discussed from four aspects such as infrastructure, data collection, data analysis, and information services. Then, the development strategy of enterprise smart safety performance management is proposed. The results show that: smart safety performance management is a data-driven way to automatically evaluate the condition of work safety, which has guiding significance for improving the level of organizational process safety management.
