四大湾区科技创新发展情况比较研究

A comparison study on the development of scientific and technological innovation in four well-known Bay Area

摘要:

科技创新的进步推动湾区经济的发展。本文从研发投入、创新主体、创新政策、产业结构和开放式创新五个方面,对比分析和总结归纳了纽约湾区、旧金山湾区、东京湾区和粤港澳大湾区的科技创新发展情况。最后从研发支持力度、城市协同发展、创新主体合作和人才引进等方面对粤港澳大湾区科技创新体系建设提出建议。

Abstract:

The advancement of technological innovation drives the economic development of the bay area. This paper compares and summarizes the development of scientific and technological innovation systems in New York Metropolitan area,San Francisco Bay Area,Greater Tokyo Area and Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area from five aspects of R D investment, innovation entities, innovation policies, industrial structure and open innovation. Finally, suggestions are made for the construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area"s scientific and technological innovation system in terms of R D support, coordinated development of cities, cooperation of innovative entities, and talent introduction.
