基于文献计量学的人工智能领域研究现状及热点分析

    摘要:

    人工智能正在全球范围内蓬勃兴起,为全球社会发展和人类生活带来了翻天覆地的变化。为分析人工智能领域的发展现状和研究热点,本文基于Scopus数据库和SciVal科研评价工具,从学术产出、被引情况、学术影响力等不同文献计量指标分析2014-2019年人工智能领域的总体情况。研究发现美国高校和企业均处于领先地位,而德国在研究机构方面最具影响力,中国的高校和机构在人工智能方面虽然学术产出全球第一,但论文质量和影响力还有待提高,中国企业表现突出,其在人工智能产业方面已经进入国际第一梯队。通过热点研究和关键词共现网络分析,发现人工智能的研究热点主要集中在基础研究和共性关键技术这两个方面,尤其是模型、算法等基础理论的研究,其在人工智能领域得到持续关注和重视。最后依据中国的政策举措和研究结果,提出科研管理的相关建议。

    Abstract:

    With the prosperous growth of Artificial Intelligence (AI), AI has brought tremendous changes to global social development and human life. In order to study the research situations and trends in the field of AI, this paper studied the overall performance from 2014 to 2019 through different bibliometrics such as scholarly output, citation and academic impact based on Scopus database and Scival statistics tool. The study found that American universities and enterprises are in the leading position, while Germany owed the most influential research institutions in the world. Chinese universities and institutions contributed the highest outputs in the world, but the quality and influence of papers need to be improved. The companies from China were outstanding, which illustrates Chinese company has achieved great improvement in the AI industry in the world. Through the analysis of hot spots and keyword co-occurrence network, it has been found that the worldwide research focused on basic theory and common key technologies, especially model and algorithm which have been paid continuous attention. Finally, based on Chinese policy measures and research results, this paper put forward some suggestions for scientific research management.
