联盟已经成为企业获取知识的重要途径,建立并维护紧密的联盟关系有利于提高企业自身的知识治理水平。根据所构建的“关系强度—成员能力—知识治理”研究框架进行了实证研究。首先,分析关系强度对联盟企业正式和非正式知识治理的影响;其次,从外部与内部两种视角入手,构建双中介模型,考察联盟能力和知识吸收能力在此影响过程中的中介作用,从两种路径剖析关系强度影响联盟企业知识治理的作用机制。研究发现,关系强度对联盟企业正式和非正式知识治理均存在正向影响;联盟能力和知识吸收能力在关系强度影响联盟企业正式和非正式知识治理过程中均起到部分中介作用,验证了成员能力的双中介路径。

The alliance has become an important way for enterprise to acquire the knowledge. Establishing and maintaining a close alliance relationship is conducive to improving the knowledge governance level of enterprise. This paper constructs a research framework of “relationship strength, member capacity, and knowledge governance”, and conducts empirical research. Firstly, this paper analyzes the direct influence of relationship intensity on formal knowledge governance and informal knowledge governance of alliance enterprise; secondly, from external and internal perspectives, constructs a dual mediation model to further investigate the mediation effects of alliance capability and knowledge absorption capability in the influence process, so to analyze the mechanism of influence of relationship strength on knowledge governance of alliance enterprise from two ways. The study finds that relationship strength has a significant positive influence on formal and informal knowledge governance of alliance enterprise; Alliance capacity and knowledge absorption capacity both play partial mediation effects in the influence process of relationship strength on formal and informal knowledge governance of alliance enterprise, which verifies the double mediation paths of member capacity.
