Abstract:The ability of technological innovation is an important factor affecting the comprehensive development of the Pearl River Delta region. By constructing the evaluation index system of scientific and technological innovation capability in the Pearl River Delta, the analysis methods of entropy weight method, TOPSIS and TOPDIS are used to evaluate the scientific and technological innovation capabilities of 9 cities in the Pearl River Delta. The study found that the Pearl River Delta region has large regional differences in technological innovation capabilities and unbalanced development; Guangzhou has the best technological innovation environment, while Shenzhen leads the way in technological innovation investment, enterprise technological innovation and technological innovation output; PCT international patent applications The annual growth rate of technical market contract transaction value, and the achievement of scientific and technological awards at or above the provincial level are the key factors for improving the technological innovation capabilities of various cities and regions.
