Evaluation of Scientific and Technological Innovation Ability of Cities in Pearl River Delta

摘要:

科技创新能力是影响珠三角地区综合发展的重要因素。本研究通过构建珠三角地区科技创新能力评价指标体系，运用标准差法、TOPSIS法和TOPDIS法对珠三角9个城市的科技创新能力进行评价。研究发现，珠三角地区科技创新能力区域差异较大且发展不平衡；广州的科技创新环境最好而深圳则在科技创新投入、企业科技创新和科技创新产出三个方面领先；PCT国际专利申请量、技术市场合同成交金额年增长率、省级以上科技奖励成果分别是各地市提升科技创新能力的关键因素。

Abstract:

The ability of technological innovation is an important factor affecting the comprehensive development of the Pearl River Delta region. By constructing the evaluation index system of scientific and technological innovation capability in the Pearl River Delta, the analysis methods of entropy weight method, TOPSIS and TOPDIS are used to evaluate the scientific and technological innovation capabilities of 9 cities in the Pearl River Delta. The study found that the Pearl River Delta region has large regional differences in technological innovation capabilities and unbalanced development; Guangzhou has the best technological innovation environment, while Shenzhen leads the way in technological innovation investment, enterprise technological innovation and technological innovation output; PCT international patent applications The annual growth rate of technical market contract transaction value, and the achievement of scientific and technological awards at or above the provincial level are the key factors for improving the technological innovation capabilities of various cities and regions.
