面向产业创新的高校大院大所科技成果转化驱动研究

摘要:

产业发展是区域发展的立足之本,产业创新亟需科技创新助推,近年来各地引进高校大院大所到地方共建科研机构,开展科技成果转化和产学研合作,对于加快地方产业技术突破,提升区域创新能力及核心竞争力具有明显促进作用。然而科研机构在地方共建和实际运营还存在不少问题,制约了科技成果转化工作,未能充分体现高校大院大所应有贡献。本文针对我省引进高校大院大所科技成果转化,驱动面向产业创新存在的主要问题,借鉴境内外产学研合作实践经验,就明晰产业创新特点和转化路径,促进高校大院大所科研机构与地方共建,以提升成果转化实效,服务地方产业发展等问题进行了探讨,提出了一些建议。

Abstract:

Industrial development is the foundation of regional economy development. Industrial innovation is promoted within the booster of scientific and technological innovation. the introduction of building scientific research branches from university and famous institutes are carried out by local governments. Those branches play an important role in scientific and technological achievements transformation, as well as the cooperation between industry and research institutions. It can benefit from supporting local industrial technology breakthrough, enhancing regional innovation ability and competitiveness etc. However, due to the co-construction and operation running of scientific research branches, there are still many practical problems. Therefore, the effectiveness of achievement transformation and the contribution of the university and institutes are greatly reduced. In this paper, the practice of domestic and foreign industry-university-research cooperation are studied. The industrial innovation characteristics and its model path are issued. That will be good for improving the operation of those co-construction research branches and better transformation service to local industry innovation.
