Abstract:Based on 75 domestic and foreign Taguchi method research literatures from 1989 to 2019, the application of Taguchi method in economic practice was summarized. It was found that the Taguchi method's offline quality control included three stages: system design, parameter design and tolerance design. Focus on the two aspects of design optimization and process optimization. Summarize the quality control practice of the Taguchi method for these two aspects. It proves that the Taguchi method is highly applicable and superior. It is an optimization that can enhance the robustness of the product and achieve low cost and high efficiency. The design and process methods have wide application prospects. In addition, although the Taguchi method can achieve the unification of quality and efficiency, it still has certain limitations and needs to be supplemented in combination with other methods.
