本文基于组织结构理论，运用问卷调查的方式，从在线社群的结构特征角度着手，采用实证研究方法，探究了在线社群成员对企业双元创新的影响。研究结果表明：在线社群的非正式化正向影响企业的双元创新；在线社群的集权化在社群结构非正式化与双元创新之间起部分中介作用；在线社群的复杂化在社群结构集权化与双元创新之间起到显著调节作用。

Based on the theory of organizational structure, this paper explores the impact of structure of online community on enterprises’ ambidextrous innovation from the perspective of organizational characteristics. The results show that informalization of online community has a significant positive impact on organizational ambidextrous innovation, the centralization of online community plays a part of intermediary role between the informalization and the ambidextrous innovation of enterprises. The complexity of online community structure plays a significant role in regulating the centralization of organizational structure and ambidextrous innovation.
