企业如何进行有效的商业模式创新以适应外部环境的变化至关重要。研究基于双元性理论,探讨了双元创新对商业模式创新的影响,以及组织惯例更新在其中的调节作用。通过对276份企业调查数据所做的统计分析,得到以下结果：突破性创新对商业模式创新具有显著的正向影响；渐进性创新有利于效率型商业模式创新,但对价值型商业模式创新具有阻碍作用；实现双元创新的平衡和互补均能促进商业模式创新；组织惯例更新在双元创新与商业模式创新之间具有正向调节作用。

it is very important for an enterprise to innovate its business model to adapt to the changes of external environment. Based on the dualistic theory, this paper discussed the impact of ambidextrous innovation on business model innovation and the moderating role of organizational routine updating. Taking 276 enterprise survey data as samples, the research results show that disruptive innovation has a significant positive impact on business model innovation. Meanwhile, incremental innovation is beneficial to the innovation of efficient business model, but hinders the innovation of value business model. Then the balance and complementarity of ambidextrous innovation have positive effects on business model innovation. At last, the organizational routine updating moderates the relationship between ambidextrous innovation and business model innovation.
