本研究以对十数家高新技术企业385名员工的问卷调查为基础,通过Amos、SPSS及其插件PROCESS宏程序对数据进行统计分析发现,角色超载在消极情绪和安全行为的负向关系中存在部分中介效应。本文从个体消极情绪的视角,探讨了影响企业员工安全行为的相关机制及关系路径,深化了我们对消极情绪、角色超载及安全合规、安全参与相互关系的了解,为提升企业安全绩效提供相关借鉴。

Based on the questionnaire survey of 385 employees in more than ten high-tech enterprises, this study conducted statistical analysis of the data through Amos, SPSS and its plug-in Process macro program, and found that role overload has a partial mediating effect in the negative relationship between negative emotion and safety behavior.From the perspective of individual negative emotion, this paper discusses the relevant mechanism and relationship path that affect the safety behavior of employees in enterprises, deepens our understanding of the relationship among negative emotion, role overload, safety compliance and safety participation, and provides relevant reference for improving the safety performance of enterprises.
