Abstract:Based on the questionnaire survey of 385 employees in more than ten high-tech enterprises, this study conducted statistical analysis of the data through Amos, SPSS and its plug-in Process macro program, and found that role overload has a partial mediating effect in the negative relationship between negative emotion and safety behavior. From the perspective of individual negative emotion, this paper discusses the relevant mechanism and relationship path that affect the safety behavior of employees in enterprises, deepens our understanding of the relationship among negative emotion, role overload, safety compliance and safety participation, and provides relevant reference for improving the safety performance of enterprises.
