Abstract:This article is aimed at the new requirements and challenges of the monitoring and management of Guangdong province science and technology plan projects, by studing and analyzing the current situation of monitoring system construction of Guangdong province science and technology plan projects, draw lessons from the research results and successful cases of informatization monitoring of science and technology plan projects, and explore the data-driven monitoring model of science and technology plan projects, carry out the research on the data monitoring and management mechanism of the science and technology plan projects in Guangdong Province, analyze the key risk points of the whole process management of the science and technology plan projects, and design the whole process monitoring system for the science and technology plan projects. Based on the above theory, "Guangdong Province Science and technology plan project monitoring platform" is built, it can effectively solve the problems of low efficiency, scattered supervision and passive information of traditional science and technology plan project monitoring and management mode, to achieve accurate, intelligent and automatic monitoring and management services for science and technology plan projects.
