[摘要]
本研究通过分析抗耐药中药领域两类主要的文献——专利文献和期刊文献,采用定性与定量相结合的研究方法,从时间趋势、研究方法、药物来源与构成、作用方式与机制分布、高频药物、耐药菌分布、研究内容重合度等方面揭示目前该领域的研究进展并揭示该领域的研究趋势。研究结果表明中药抗耐药菌显示出良好的发展前景,但校企结合研究缺乏,大多数专利成果集中在大专院校中,目前该领域专利成果运营不乐观,成果运用难度较大;由于中药及复方在抗耐药菌方面的优异表现,中西药联用或将成为继当前单纯的植物药有效成分后抗耐药菌研究方面新的研究热点;目前研究结果也提示中药复方的专利挖掘和知识产权保护力度尚待加强,在作用对象上(耐药菌的选取方面)科研资源和力量应根据WTO提供的抗生素耐药“重点病原体”清单做适度调整,同时科研工作中应善于调用不同类型的文献,以求信息的全面和充分。

Abstract:This paper analysis the research progress and development situation of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM)against dug-resistant bacteria based on literature analysis by adopting the combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods,the evaluation index include time trend, research method, drug source and composition, mode of action and mechanism distribution, high frequency drugs, distribution of drug-resistant bacteria, research content consistency and so on .The research results show that TCM shows a good development prospect against dug-resistant bacteria. However, due to the lack of university-industry combination, most patent achievements are concentrated in colleges and universities. At present, the operation of patent achievements in this field is not optimistic, and the application of the achievements is difficult. Due to the excellent performance of TCM ,the combination of Chinese and western medicine may become a new research hotspot in drug-resistant bacteria research after the current simple plant medicine active ingredients. The results of the study also hints of traditional Chinese medicine compound mining patent and intellectual property protection is yet to be strengthened, Selection of strains of drug-resistant bacteria shall be provided according to the WTO of antibiotic resistance and make adjustments "key pathogens" list, at the same time researchers should be good at calling in scientific research work of the different types of literature, in order to get comprehensive and sufficient information.
