当前“环境红利”不断减少,通过激发创新活力破解经济高质量发展中的生态难题,是提升区域绿色发展转型的生命力所在。系统构建中国区域绿色发展转型指标体系,探究中国各区域绿色发展异质性结构,并将人力资本异质门槛纳入创新驱动绿色发展转型框架,考察不同区域人力资本门槛下创新活力对绿色发展转型的非线性影响机制。研究发现:当前区域绿色发展转型并没有实现,存在较大发展空间,且区域异质性显著,有趣的是,创新活力对于区域绿色发展转型的作用存在显著的人力资本异质门槛效应:较低水平的人力资本并不利于促使区域创新活力驱动绿色发展转型。而随着地区人力资本积累的提高并突破“临界点”,在一定程度上有效增强了区域创新活力的驱动效应,进而推动区域绿色发展转型。

At present, the "environmental dividend" is constantly decreasing. To solve the ecological problems in high-quality economic development by stimulating innovation is the vitality to promote the transformation of regional green development. The indicator system of China"s regional green development transformation is systematically constructed to explore the heterogeneous structure of green development in various regions of China, and the heterogeneous threshold of human capital is incorporated into the framework of innovation-driven green development transformation. The nonlinear influence mechanism of innovation vitality on green development transformation under the threshold of human capital in different regions is investigated. Study found that the current development of regional green transformation has not fulfilled, there is a big development space, and a significant regional heterogeneity, it is interesting to note that the role of innovation vitality to the development of regional green transformation of significant heterogeneity of human capital threshold effect: a lower level of human capital is not conducive to regional innovative development of the green transformation. With the improvement of regional human capital accumulation and the breakthrough of "critical point", the driving effect of regional innovation vitality is effectively enhanced to a certain extent, thus promoting the transformation of regional green development.
