Knowledge Management, Competitive Advantage and Innovation Capabilities -Based on Listed Companies in Information Industry of China and ASEAN

摘要:

中国和东盟各国的信息技术产业发展各有侧重，但创新都是重点关注的领域，基于2010-2017年我国和东盟代表性国家的信息技术产业上市公司数据，采用结构方程模型、BP神经网络和改进的CNN卷积神经网络模型分别进行研究，发现创新环境、技术创新以及知识管理均对竞争优势具有正向的影响，同时技术创新在知识管理、创新环境与竞争优势之间起中介作用，知识管理在创新环境与竞争优势之间起中介作用，窗口期内我国信息技术产业总体竞争优势呈现增长趋势，但总体水平仍偏低，需要进一步加强对创新环境以及知识管理的引导和支持。进一步研究发现中国和东盟国家的信息技术产业发展虽然仍然处于中等水平，但是发展势头良好，应加强区域协作，推动“信息丝绸之路”战略实施，助力中国--东盟自由贸易区的经贸发展。

Abstract:

The development of the information technology industry in China and ASEAN countries has its emphasis, but innovation focuses on attention. Based on the data of listed companies of the information technology industry in China and ASEAN representative countries from 2010 to 2017, the structural equation model, BP neural network, and improved CNN convolution neural network model is used to study respectively. It is found that the innovation environment, technological innovation, and knowledge management are. Simultaneously, technological innovation plays an intermediary role between knowledge management, innovation environment, and competitive advantage, and knowledge management plays an intermediary role between the innovation environment and competitive advantage. In the window period, China's information technology industry's overall competitive advantage shows an increasing trend. However, the general level is still low, so it is necessary to strengthen further the innovation environment and knowledge management Guidance and support. Further research shows that although the development of the information technology industry in China and ASEAN countries is still at a medium level, the development momentum is good. We should strengthen regional cooperation, promote the implementation of the "information Silk Road" strategy, and push forward the economic development of the China ASEAN Free Trade Area.
