Abstract:According to the development constraint characteristics of high energy consumption and low benefit of construction enterprises, it has become a key development factor to promote the comprehensive benefit improvement of construction industry through scientific and technological development. In this paper, sequence relationship analysis, matter-element extension theory and index system method are applied to establish the evaluation system of enterprise science and technology level based on construction enterprise science and technology foundation, science and technology input and technology output as the main line. Data of 16 evaluation indexes were collected extensively to comprehensively grade the science and technology level of listed enterprises in the construction industry, and they were divided into primary, initial, general, good and excellent enterprises for the development of science and technology. Analysis and Suggestions were given according to their different characteristics, which played a certain guiding role in the development of science and technology of construction enterprises.
