Abstract:The project of space science satellite engineering is complex, technically difficult and uncertain. It is difficult to estimate the completion time of the project, and the requirements of project schedule management are high.The progress of space science satellite project is simulated by Monte Carlo simulation through the crystal ball software, the completion time of the project is predicted, and the sensitivity analysis is carried out to identify the main stages of risk in the whole development process. The results show that Monte Carlo simulation is a convenient method for schedule management and risk identification analysis of space satellite project; It is necessary to pay attention to strengthening the risk management in the demonstration stage of space science satellite engineering project and the development stage of the prototype. This method has certain decision basis for the progress and risk management of space science satellite project.
