Abstract:This paper selects the coupling model and designs the evaluation index system to conduct an empirical study on the coupling degree and coupling coordination degree of scientific and technological innovation and financial innovation in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area from 2009 to 2018. The results show that the scientific and technological innovation subsystem and financial innovation subsystem of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area present a good development trend, but the scientific and technological innovation order parameter is better than the financial innovation order parameter; from the overall situation of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, the coupling coordination degree of the two subsystems is greatly improved, but the coupling coordination degree gap between the cities in the Greater Bay Area is significant. Finally, from the perspective of overall region, core cities and non-core cities, this paper puts forward relevant policy suggestions to promote the high integration of scientific and technological innovation and financial innovation, and promote the effective construction of collaborative innovation community in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
