Abstract:In recent years, postdoctoral science and technology talents have been paid increasing attention from national system to practical work in higher education. It is of more and more practical significance to effectively evaluate the training performance of Postdoctoral Science and technology talents from the perspective of universities. Based on the theory of strategic management in universities, this paper uses the balanced scorecard method to carry out in-depth discussion and systematic verification on the performance evaluation methods, effects and impacts of post-doctoral scientific and Technological Talent Cultivation in Colleges and universities, so as to build a performance evaluation index system which is suitable for the strategic development of colleges and universities and reflects the quality of post-doctoral scientific and technological talent cultivation.
