Abstract:The development of science and technology services is the process of value creation and value realization of multiple stakeholders. The core is knowledge learning and profit models. Based on the transaction cost theory, this paper proposes three cooperative development models of technology services: one is the “integrated” development model, that is, non-standardized technology services create value through organizing the internal learning mechanism, and the internalized technology service of the transaction uses marginal cost pricing as its profit model. The second is the “ecological chain” development model, which is based on standardized special services (technology). The core enterprises in the chain ensure cooperative stickiness and efficiency by promoting knowledge learning mechanism, and the pricing is determined by the competitior or the leader based on the “standard”. The third is the “platform or network” development model, which is based on standardized comprehensive technology services. The key to synergy is that the first movers promote new standards through a learning path. Low prices or even free will become the characteristics of its initial profit model.
