    摘要:

    科技服务发展是多元利益主体价值创造与价值实现的过程,核心是知识学习和盈利模式。本文以交易费用理论为据,提出了三种科技服务协同发展模式:一是“一体化”发展模式,即非标准化的科技服务通过组织内部学习机制来创造价值,而交易内部化的科技服务以边际成本定价为其盈利模式。二是“生态链”发展模式,以标准化专用服务(技术)为条件,链条中的核心企业通过促进知识学习机制保证协同粘性与效率,定价则以竞争者或主导者依据“标准”决定。三是“平台或网络”发展模式,以标准化的综合科技服务为主,协同的关键在于先入者以学习的路径对新标准进行推广,低价甚至免费将成为其初期的盈利模式特征。

    Abstract:

    The development of science and technology services is the process of value creation and value realization of multiple stakeholders. The core is knowledge learning and profit models. Based on the transaction cost theory, this paper proposes three cooperative development models of technology services: one is the “integrated” development model, that is, non-standardized technology services create value through organizing the internal learning mechanism, and the internalized technology service of the transaction uses marginal cost pricing as its profit model. The second is the “ecological chain” development model, which is based on standardized special services (technology). The core enterprises in the chain ensure cooperative stickiness and efficiency by promoting knowledge learning mechanism, and the pricing is determined by the competitior or the leader based on the “standard”. The third is the “platform or network” development model, which is based on standardized comprehensive technology services. The key to synergy is that the first movers promote new standards through a learning path. Low prices or even free will become the characteristics of its initial profit model.
