天津市智能制造发展战略研究

Study on the Development Strategy of Intelligent Manufacturing in Tianjin

摘要:

通过对天津市及国内智能制造先进地区的400余家重点企业开展专题调研,深入了解企业智能制造实施背景、存在问题、机遇挑战、解决方案以及未来计划,并结合天津的地理、历史和经济优势,分析了天津市智能制造发展背景和重大意义,厘清了天津发展智能制造的产业基础、发展现状、存在的主要问题,规划了天津智能制造发展的总体战略目标、发展路径和重点任务,提出了天津智能制造发展的保障措施。本研究成果可为传统产业智能化升级改造树立“天津样板”,为国家制造强国建设打造“天津范式”、为天津有关部门提供决策依据。

Abstract:

This research conducted special surveys on more than 400 key enterprises in Tianjin and domestic advanced areas of intelligent manufacturing to gain an in-depth understanding of the implementation background, existing problems, opportunities and challenges, solutions, and future plans of these enterprises in intelligent manufacturing. Combined with Tianjin’s geography, history and economic advantages, this research analyzed the background and significance of the development of intelligent manufacturing in Tianjin, clarified the industrial basis, development status, and main problems of the development of intelligent manufacturing, planned the strategic goals, development paths and key tasks of the development of intelligent manufacturing, and proposed the safeguard measures for the development of intelligent manufacturing in Tianjin. The achievements of this research can establish a "Tianjin model" for the intelligent upgrading and transformation of traditional industries, create a "Tianjin paradigm" for the national manufacturing power strategy, and provide decision-making basis for the Tianjin Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government.
