Abstract:Based on the logical framework of industrial integration affecting urban green total factor productivity (GTFP), the SVR algorithm, SBM-DEA model, coupling coordination degree model and PVAR model are used to study the impact of industrial integration on GTFP in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River. The results show that from 2004 to 2017, industrial integration and GTFP both showed a fluctuating upward trend and were in a moderately coordinated state, but the overall industrial integration lags behind the development of green economy; in the long run, industrial integration has a significant positive effect on GTFP However, the reverse process is not obvious; in the short term, the driving effect of industrial integration on GTFP turns from strong to weak, but the impact of GTFP on industrial integration is always weak, indicating that industrial integration is a direct driving variable of GTFP. The opposite is not true.
