新时代,通过对福建省把握中央农业发展战略思想、制定本省农业绿色发展决策,农业绿色高质量发展政策实施和推广做法,绿色农业发展的地理概况和农业生产条件,农业产品销售及市场发展的分析,提出明确政府在农业发过程中的主导作用,重视农业生产者能力和素质的提升,重视农业技术进步对绿色农业发展的带动作用,建立科学的评价方法及认证体系,加大对环境污染的治理力度,提升农产品质量、打造品牌拓展市场,用好“五缘”优势、促进闽台农业绿色融合发展,以及推进国际化发展方向的农业绿色高质量发展的建议。

In the new era, through grasping the central agricultural development strategy of Fujian Province, formulating the province"s agricultural green development decision-making, agricultural green high-quality development policy implementation and promotion practices, the geographical overview of green agricultural development and agricultural production conditions, agricultural product sales and market development.Analyze and clarify the leading role of the government in the process of agricultural development, attach importance to the improvement of the capacity and quality of agricultural producers, attach importance to the role of agricultural technological progress in the development of green agriculture, establish scientific evaluation methods and certification systems, and increase environmental pollution. The efforts of governance, improve the quality of agricultural products, build brands to expand the market, make good use of the advantages of the "five-edge", promote the green integration of agriculture in Fujian and Taiwan, and promote the development of green and high-quality agriculture in the direction of international development.
