Abstract:It is of great significance for promoting the integration of urban economy and high-quality development, forming regional innovation growth pole and constructing the internal circulation system of national economy by optimizing the efficiency of innovation collaboration network with scientific urban agglomeration collaborative innovation strategy. This paper studies the construction and structure analysis method of a set of Synergetic Innovation Network model of Urban Agglomeration (UA-SIN). Firstly, based on the structural coupling perspective of urban innovation capability, the system coupling model was used to describe the dynamic structure matching relationship of innovation elements, measuring the degree of urban innovation synergy, and directly describe the internal binary relationship structure between innovation synergy promoter and innovation synergy matcher, and construct the model of UA-SIN. UA-SIN is directed networks, including such form of topology network, network with the edge weight, internal network and external network. Furthermore, based on the complex network analysis technology of UA-SIN, such as city centrality, aggregation and correlation, the network structure characteristics of urban synergetic innovation ability (including initiating, matching and intermediary capabilities), urban synergetic innovation cluster and urban synergetic innovation mode were studied respectively. Finally, this paper takes the Central Plains urban agglomeration as an example for empirical analysis. The research shows that UA-SIN could provide decision-making support for the optimization of innovation development strategy of urban agglomeration in terms of cooperation of urban innovation chain, geographical distribution of innovation platform in urban agglomeration and the key field of S T service industry.
