摘要:

基于我国2012-2018年省级数据,研究知识产权保护通过对创新成果权益的保护进而激发高技术企业创新活力的机理和作用路径。研究表明,知识产权保护通过对高技术企业新技术、新成果的保障激发高技术企业增加创新投入。具体地,知识产权保护通过两条路径间接作用于高技术企业创新投入。一是知识产权保护通过对新技术的影响间接作用于高技术企业创新投入；二是知识产权保护首先影响到新技术,进一步影响到新产品,进而间接作用于高技术企业创新投入；以上两种路径中路径一发挥着主要作用。

Abstract:

Based on the provincial data of China from 2012 to 2018, this paper studies the mechanism and action path of intellectual property protection to stimulate the innovation vitality of high-tech enterprises by protecting the rights and interests of innovation achievements. The research shows that intellectual property protection stimulates high-tech enterprises to increase innovation investment by guaranteeing new technologies and new achievements of high-tech enterprises. Specifically, intellectual property protection indirectly affects innovation investment of high-tech enterprises through two paths. First, intellectual property protection indirectly affects innovation investment of high-tech enterprises through the impact on new technology; second, intellectual property protection first affects new technology, further affects new products, and then indirectly affects innovation investment of high-tech enterprises; path one plays a major role.
