我国绿色发展评价指标体系研究综述——基于文献计量与社会网络分析

摘要:

基于国内绿色发展评价权威文献的追踪分析,采用文献计量与社会网络分析法,系统研究该领域的研究现状。结果表明：发文量地区差异明显,华东地区和自然环境独特的西北地区发文量多；该领域的学术研究与实际管理工作对接错位；评价指标体系缺乏有效的科学依据和综合集成方法；评价范围割裂“绿色”和“发展”之间的内在联系；评价维度对社会公平、社会福祉、绿色消费关注极为薄弱；评价指标反映地区公平发展的代理指标相对不足。在当前经济发展背景下,应进一步明确绿色发展的核心要义,加强绿色发展评价理论模型的研究,深入对绿色发展框架体系的整体认知；注重绿色发展研究的普实性和“绿色”与“发展”的内在联系；绿色发展指标构建突出创新驱动、公平发展、社会福利等反映人民对美好生活的向往诉求。

Abstract:

Based on the tracking analysis of the authoritative literature of green development evaluation in China, this paper systematically studies the research status of this field by means of literature measurement and social network analysis.The results show that: There are obvious regional differences in the amount of published articles, and the amount of published articles is large in east China and northwest China with unique natural environment；There is a mismatch between academic research and actual management in this field; The evaluation index system lacks effective scientific basis and comprehensive integration method; The evaluation scope separates the internal relation between "green" and "development"; The evaluation dimension pays very little attention to social equity, social welfare and green consumption;The evaluation index which reflects the regional fair development of the proxy indicators are relatively insufficient. Under the background of current economic development, the core meaning of green development should be further clarified, the theoretical model of green development evaluation should be strengthened, and the overall cognition of the framework system of green development should be deepened; Pay attention to the universality of green development research and the internal relation between "green" and "development"; The green development indicators will highlight innovation-driven development, equitable development and social welfare, reflecting the people"s aspiration for a better life.
