广东种业发展概况探析

在分析全球种业市场规模、企业竞争、知识产权布局和国内种业市场规模、科技创新、企业实力与规模、管理服务、种质资源保护与利用的基础上,对广东省种业发展现状进行分析发现,广东种业特色作物市场基础雄厚、科技创新能力不断提升、种子企业实力逐步增强、种子管理能力明显提升、种质资源收集保护与利用推进效果明显,但也均有待提升。为了加快广东省现代化种业建设,必须进行特色种业规划、发挥特色种业优势,完善科研创新体系、提高自主创新能力,扶持龙头企业、增加企业市场竞争力,推进科企合作、促进成果转化,完善种业管理服务,加大知识产权保护。

Abstract:

Based on the analysis of seed industry market scale, enterprise competition, intellectual property distribution in global and the seed industry market scale, scientific and technological innovation, enterprise strength and scale, management services, germplasm resources protection and utilization in domestic, the development status of Guangdong seed industry was analyzed. It was found that the market foundation of characteristic crops in Guangdong seed industry was strong, the ability of scientific and technological innovation was constantly improved, and the strength of seed enterprises was also improved. However, there were still some problems to be improved. In order to speed up the construction of modern seed industry in Guangdong Province, it is necessary to carry out characteristic seed industry planning to give full play to its advantages, improve its scientific research and innovation system to enhance its independent innovation ability, support leading enterprises to increase its market competitiveness, promote cooperation between science and enterprise to promote the transformation of achievements, improve seed industry management services, and increase the protection of intellectual property rights.
