技术创新对企业战略性知识披露的影响研究

Research on the Impact of Technological Innovation on the Disclosure of Corporate Strategic Knowledge

摘要:

战略性知识披露作为一种新兴的技术创新成果保护方式,深受企业和学界的青睐。然而其适用于哪种技术创新却缺少相关研究。为研究探索式创新和利用式创新与战略性知识披露的关系,在回顾相关文献的基础上,通过采集110家来自医药类和通信设备类行业上市企业的资料构建面板数据库进行实证分析,研究得出：探索式创新与利用式创新都会促进企业的战略性知识披露,但探索式创新的作用更加显著；探索式创新对企业战略性知识披露的促进作用具有明显的行业差异即相较于离散技术产业,复杂技术产业在进行探索式创新时会更多地采用战略性知识披露,而利用式创新对企业的战略性知识披露不存在明显的行业差异；同时技术多元化会正向调节探索式创新对企业战略性知识披露的影响。文章通过对技术创新与企业战略性知识披露的关系研究,丰富了战略性知识披露的理论,拓展了战略性知识披露的适用边界,也为企业在技术创新中运用战略性知识披露保护成果和获得优势提供了指导建议。

Abstract:

Strategic knowledge disclosure, as a new way to protect technological innovation achievements, is deeply favored by enterprises and academic circles. However, there is a lack of relevant research on which technological innovation it is suitable for. In order to study the relationship between exploratory innovation and exploitative innovation and strategic knowledge disclosure, based on reviewing relevant literature, a panel database was constructed by collecting data from 110 listed companies in the pharmaceutical and communication equipment industries. After empirical analysis, the research concludes that both exploratory innovation and exploitative innovation will promote enterprises’ strategic knowledge disclosure, but the role of exploratory innovation is more significant. And the role of exploration innovation in promoting corporate strategic knowledge disclosure has obvious industry differences, that is, compared with discrete technology industries, complex technology industries will use more strategic knowledge disclosure when conducting exploratory innovation. But exploitative innovation does not have obvious industry differences in the enterprise"s strategic knowledge disclosure. Meanwhile technological diversification will positively moderate the impact of exploratory innovation on corporate strategic knowledge disclosure. Through the study of the relationship between innovation and corporate strategic knowledge disclosure, the article enriches the theory of strategic knowledge disclosure, expands the applicable boundary of strategic knowledge disclosure, and also helps companies use strategic knowledge disclose in technological innovation to protect achievements and gain advantages.
