    摘要:

    随着中美贸易摩擦及经济逆全球化态势的愈演愈烈,我国人工智能产业正受到以美国为主体的科技强国的技术制裁,我国高度重视人工智能产业发展,因此对中美欧人工智能产业风险进行系统地对比研究非常有意义。运用熵权法与层次分析法组合赋权,集成灰色综合评价,构建人工智能产业风险评价模型,对中、美、欧盟三大经济体人工智能产业风险进行评估。研究结果显示:美、欧人工智能产业风险为中等等级,而中国处于较高等级,且在产业创新能力、产业规模及产业能源消耗问题最为突出,最后结合研究结果提出降低中国人工智能产业风险对策建议。

    Abstract:

    With the increasing trade friction and economic counter-globalization between China and the United States, China"s artificial intelligence industry is being subject to the United States as the main body of scientific and technological power technology sanctions, China attaches great importance to the development of artificial intelligence industry, so it is very meaningful to study the risks of China-U.S. and Europe artificial intelligence industry systematically compared. Using the combination of entropy power method and hierarchical analysis method empowerment, integrating gray comprehensive evaluation, constructing the risk evaluation model of artificial intelligence industry, and evaluating the risk of artificial intelligence industry in the three major economies of China, the United States and the European Union. The results show that the risk of artificial intelligence industry in the United States and Europe is medium grade, while China is at a higher level, and the problem of industrial innovation ability, industrial scale and industrial energy consumption is the most prominent, and finally, combined with the results of the study, the countermeasures to reduce the risk of Chinese industrial intelligence industry are put forward.
