Abstract:Artificial intelligence is at the top of the cutting-edge technologies announced during the 14th Five-Year Plan period, and the construction of its innovation ecosystem is an important starting point for conquering key technologies. Drawing an innovation network map with the 15 national-level new-generation artificial intelligence open innovation platform contractors announced by the Ministry of Science and Technology; based on ecological theory, system science theory and technological innovation theory, abstracts the key common technology innovation ecosystem framework of artificial intelligence in the technology life cycle. Using dissipation theory and changes in entropy to interpret the mechanism of self-organization evolution.The research found:the key common technology innovation ecosystem of artificial intelligence in China has been formed, however, there are problems such as low abundance of innovation subjects and poor diversity of interaction methods. From the dimensions of innovation subject richness, system governance, system openness, and dynamic capability, it proposes suggestions for the healthy development of the key common technology innovation ecosystem of artificial intelligence.
