中小制造企业绿色创新障碍因素的实证研究

摘要:

明晰中小企业绿色创新中的障碍因素对企业可持续发展具有重要的作用。在明确绿色创新内涵的基础上，以浙江省270家中小制造企业为研究对象，将中小企业绿色创新中的障碍因素划分为内部资源与能力障碍和外部资源获取障碍。多元回归结果表明，技术障碍是中小企业绿色创新中主要的内部障碍，其次是资金障碍和管理及人力障碍；市场障碍是中小企业开展绿色创新中主要的外部障碍，其次是缺乏政府支持和不良的外部合作关系。研究结论为政府帮助中小企业克服绿色创新障碍提供了实践启示。

Abstract:

Clarifying the obstacles in the green innovation of SMEs plays an important role in the sustainable development of SMEs. On the basis of clarifying the connotation of green innovation, taking 270 small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises in Zhejiang Province as the research object, the obstacles in green innovation of SMEs are divided into internal resources and capacity obstacles and external resource acquisition obstacles. The multiple regression results show that technical barriers are the main internal barriers in green innovation for SMEs, followed by financial barriers, management and human resources barriers; market barriers are the main external barriers for SMEs to carry out green innovation, followed by lack of government support and bad External partnership. The research conclusions provide practical enlightenment for the government to help SMEs overcome obstacles to green innovation.
