Abstract:Taking 18 cities in Henan province as the research object, starting with the available supply potential of biomass energy, relying on the industrial layout theory, this paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system of regional biomass energy industry, uses the entropy method to comprehensively evaluate the biomass energy industry in various cities, and divides different development types according to the score interval. The results show that the biomass energy supply of various cities in Henan is generally in a downward trend from 2014 to 2018, and the comprehensive score and ranking of biomass energy industry in various cities are relatively stable. Among them, Zhengzhou city has obvious advantages in energy consumption, scientific and technological innovation ability and energy supply infrastructure conditions, Zhengzhou and Luoyang can be regarded as the growth poles of the biomass energy industry in Henan, and the other cities develop with a growth axis or a network growth model. Finally, the paper puts forward some suggestions to promote the development of biomass energy industry in Henan, such as continuously strengthening the construction of biogas project, strengthening the support of scientific and technological innovation, increasing energy conservation and environmental protection expenditure, strengthening the formulation and implementation of clean energy policies, and carrying out classification support according to the municipal biomass energy industry layout score, etc.
