以河南省18个地市为研究对象，从生物质能可供给潜力入手，依托产业布局理论构建区域生物质能产业综合评价指标体系，运用熵值法对各地市生物质能产业进行综合评价，并根据得分区间划分不同发展类型。结果表明：2014－2018年河南省各地市生物质能供给量总体上处于下降趋势，各地市生物质能产业综合得分和排名比较稳定，其中郑州市在能源消费、科技创新能力、能源供给基础设施条件上优势明显，郑州市、洛阳市可作为省内生物质能产业增长极点，其他各市则以增长轴或网络状增长模式发展。最后，提出持续加强沼气工程建设、加强科技创新支撑、加大节能环保支出和强化清洁能源政策制定及实施力度、根据各地市生物质能产业布局得分进行分类支持等促进河南省生物质能产业发展建议。

Taking 18 cities in Henan province as the research object, starting with the available supply potential of biomass energy, relying on the industrial layout theory, this paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system of regional biomass energy industry, uses the entropy method to comprehensively evaluate the biomass energy industry in various cities, and divides different development types according to the score interval. The results show that the biomass energy supply of various cities in Henan is generally in a downward trend from 2014 to 2018, and the comprehensive score and ranking of biomass energy industry in various cities are relatively stable. Among them, Zhengzhou city has obvious advantages in energy consumption, scientific and technological innovation ability and energy supply infrastructure conditions, Zhengzhou and Luoyang can be regarded as the growth poles of the biomass energy industry in Henan, and the other cities develop with a growth axis or a network growth model. Finally, the paper puts forward some suggestions to promote the development of biomass energy industry in Henan, such as continuously strengthening the construction of biogas project, strengthening the support of scientific and technological innovation, increasing energy conservation and environmental protection expenditure, strengthening the formulation and implementation of clean energy policies, and carrying out classification support according to the municipal biomass energy industry layout score, etc.
