文章基于对以孵化器为核心的创业生态系统的分析，探索孵化器生态位的内涵，构建孵化器生态位评价指标体系，对中国30个省份孵化器发展水平进行实证分析。结果表明：各省份孵化器综合生态位的排名空间分布格局与各地区经济水平的空间分布格局基本一致；各省份孵化器由于发展的资源基础和起步时间不同，“态值”的差异远大于“势值”的差异；为识别影响各个省份孵化器发展的关键“生态因子”，从经济—人才技术—社会资源3个维度进行聚类分析，为各省份孵化器的差异化发展提供参考。文章最后对中国孵化器的未来发展提出建议。

Abstract:

Based on the analysis of the incubator-centered startup ecosystem, this paper explores the connotation of the incubator niche, and constructs the evaluation index system of the incubator niche, and analysis the development level of incubator in 30 provinces of China The results show that the spatial distribution pattern of the integrated niche of incubator in each province is basically consistent with the spatial distribution pattern of the regional economic level; due to the different resource base and starting time of the development of incubators in each province, the difference of "state " is far greater than the difference of "potential "; in order to identify the key "ecological factors" that affect the development of incubators in different provinces, this paper makes a cluster analysis from three dimensions, it provides the reference for the different development of provincial incubators. Finally, some suggestions on the future development of China's incubator are put forward.
