国内外数字服务化比较研究：基于知识图谱的可视化分析

Comparative Study on Digital Servitization at Home and Abroad: Visualization Analysis based on Knowledge Map

摘要:

数字服务化是传播学、经济学与管理学交叉学科背景下关于企业数字化转型的一种理论范式,也是数字化发展的有机组成部分,更将在加快数字产业化和产业数字化过程中发挥重要作用,但这一新兴议题尚未引起足够关注。通过文献计量分析工具CiteSpace,利用科学知识图谱方法对国内外数字服务化研究成果进行了可视化分析,并做了进一步的对比与思考。国内外数字服务化研究热点主要聚焦于数字技术、大数据、数字化、服务化等方面,但国外研究主要围绕工业时代传统制造业的服务化理论展开,国内研究在此基础上创新性地拓展出了基于数字时代和跨学科视角的新的研究范式。

Abstract:

Digital servitization is a theoretical paradigm of enterprise digital transformation under the interdisciplinary background of communication, economics and management, and is an organic part of digital development, and it will play an important role in accelerating digital industrialization and industrial digitization process. However, this emerging issue has not attracted enough attention. Through CiteSpace, a bibliometric analysis tool, this paper makes a visual analysis of the research results of digital servitization at home and abroad by using the scientific knowledge map method, and makes a further comparison and reflection. The hotspots of digital servitization at home and abroad mainly focus on digital technology, big data, digital, service, etc., but foreign researches mainly focus on the servitization theory of traditional manufacturing industry in the industrial era, and domestic researches have innovatively expanded a new research paradigm based on the digital era and interdisciplinary perspective.
