Abstract:With the growingly intense international competition, improving the innovation performance of personnel has become one of the ways for companies to stay ahead. Based on the dynamic capability theory, this paper explores the impact of big data capability on innovation performance of personnel, and further analyzes the mediating role of knowledge transfer based on the knowledge-based view, also explores the moderating role of job autonomy in it. Using 403 questionnaires from 24 companies to do empirical research, the results show that big data capability has a significant positive impact on innovation performance of personnel; knowledge transfer has a significant positive impact on innovation performance of personnel, and partially mediates the impact of big data capability on innovation performance; job autonomy plays a significant positive regulatory role in the impact of resource acquisition capability on innovation performance, also plays a significant positive regulatory role in the impact of application capability on innovation performance, but the regulatory role in the impact of analysis and integration capability on innovation performance is not significant.
