NSFC-云南联合基金是国家自然科学基金委员会与云南省人民政府在2008年共同设立的基金项目。本文从NSFC-云南联合基金第一期(2008-2012年)、第二期(2013-2017年)和第三期(2018-2020年)的项目申请量、资助率等方面进行了深入的梳理分析,展示了部分获资助的重点支持项目在提升云南省自主创新能力、促进解决云南省及周边地区的重要科学和关键技术问题等方面所取得的成效。同时为其加入区域创新发展联合基金服务,本文提出相应对策建议。

NSFC-Yunnan Joint Fund is the fund project jointly funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) and the People’s Government of Yunnan Province. The paper analysis the characteristics of the project success rate, supported field and the project units and then display the achievements of projects supported from 2008 to 2020 ranging three phases such as promotion the outcome of achievement of basic research, accumulation and foster of high-level scientific and technological talents and so on. Finally, some suggestions are put forward to provide a reference for improving the project management.
