社科研究力量分布变化态势研究——基于“十三五”国家社科基金年度项目和青年项目统计分析

Research on the changing trend of the distribution of social science research forces -- Based on the statistical analysis of the National Social Science Fund in the 13th five year plan

摘要:

以“十三五”国家社科基金年度项目和青年项目为研究对象，通过分析项目申报情况，立项项目类别，所属系统、地区、学科、单位分布，同时与“十二五”情况进行比较。研究发现，项目申报和立项总体上呈现稳定上涨趋势；高校依旧是承担项目研究的主要系统，居于主体地位；项目立项东强、中西弱的局面依然存在；中国社科院的整体研究实力超强，一些重点高校在单项学科中优势明显，特色突出，表现不俗。建议，继续加大投入，扩大申报限额数，提高项目立项率，向青年项目倾斜；繁荣发展高校哲学社会科学，加快建设高校新型智库；继续向中西部倾斜；加强基础学科建设，促进学科协调发展；提高项目管理的科学化水平。

Abstract:

Taking the annual projects and youth projects of the National Social Science Foundation of the people's Republic of China during the 13th Five Year Plan period as the research objects, this paper analyzes the project application, project category, system, region, discipline and unit distribution, and compares with the situation of the 12th Five Year Plan period. It is found that the application and approval of projects are on the rise; universities are still the main system to undertake project research and occupy the dominant position; the situation that project approval is strong in the East and weak in the West still exists; the overall research strength of Chinese Academy of social sciences is super strong, and some key universities have obvious advantages, outstanding characteristics and good performance in single discipline. It is suggested that we should continue to increase investment, expand the number of reporting limits, improve project approval rates, tilt towards youth projects, develop philosophy and Social Sciences in Colleges and universities, accelerate the construction of new think tanks in universities, continue to tilt to the Midwest, strengthen basic disciplines, promote coordinated development of disciplines, and improve the scientific level of project management.
