全球化背景下粤港澳科技人才合作交流促进技术转移转化研究

Research on the Cooperation and Exchange of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Scientific and Technological Talents to Promote Technology Transfer and Transformation under the Background of Globalization

摘要:

随着全球化趋势愈发明显，科技人才的合作交流在一定程度上能有效促进技术转移转化。分析粤港澳科技人才合作交流及其对技术转移转化的促进作用，发现目前粤港澳科技人才合作存在团队合作交流方式和渠道单一、创新创业平台建设基础薄弱、科技人才服务保障工作仍有不足等问题，同时广东省技术转移转化存在顶层设计不足、专业的技术转移转化人才匮乏等问题。结合广东省当前科技创新发展的迫切需要，提出大力开展粤港澳科技人才合作交流，支持多学科跨领域团队合作，建立人才共享、灵活雇佣机制，培养专业的技术转移转化人才等建议。

Abstract:

With the increasingly obvious trend of globalization, the cooperation and exchange of scientific and technological talents can effectively promote the transfer and transformation of technology to a certain extent. This paper analyzes the cooperation and exchange of scientific and technological talents in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao and its role in promoting the transformation of technology transfer, finds that the current cooperation between scientific and technological talents in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao has problems such as a single way of team cooperation and communication, the shortage of professional technology transfer and transformation talents. Combined with the urgent needs of the current scientific and technological innovation and development of Guangdong province, the paper proposes to vigorously carry out cooperation and exchange of scientific and technological talents in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao, support multidisciplinary and cross-field teamwork, establish talent sharing and flexible employment mechanism, and cultivate professional technology transfer and transformation talents.
