Abstract:Based on the background of the digital transformation of the manufacturing industry, construct a measurement index system for the high-quality development level of the manufacturing industry. Using the evaluation method combining CRITIC-entropy method combination weight and TOPSIS to measure and analyze the high-quality development level of manufacturing in 30 provinces and cities across the country from 2013 to 2018. The analysis results show that: from the indicator system, the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry pays more attention to the improvement of the intelligence and digital level of the enterprise, and the innovation ability and green development are also important factors in the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry. The leading and supporting role played by the high-tech manufacturing industry is not obvious. From the development trend, the overall high-quality development level of the manufacturing industry is on the rise; from a regional perspective, it has regional heterogeneity, showing a trend of "strong in the east and weak in the west"; from the stepped distribution, The overall high-quality development level of manufacturing in all provinces and cities across the country is normally distributed.Put forward suggestions for advancing the pace of "new infrastructure" construction, enhancing manufacturing innovation capabilities, accelerating the green development of manufacturing, and optimizing the industrial structure of manufacturing.
