国外基于工作任务的信息搜索行为研究进展*

Research Progress of Information Search Behavior Based on Work Task Abroad

摘要:

系统地梳理国外相关文献,将工作任务作为信息搜索行为的出发点,来分析国外信息搜索行为的知识脉络,旨在把握国外信息搜索行为研究进展,揭示国外信息搜索行为研究视角、研究方法、研究内容和研究趋势,以期为我国信息搜索行为研究提供借鉴和参考。对94篇文献采用综合、归纳、比较等方法进行综合分析,在知识脉络研究部分,分研究对象、研究方法、研究内容进行梳理,信息搜索行为研究内容按科研人员、大学生、专业技术人员、其他人群分别进行述评。国外基于工作任务的信息搜索行为研究进展对我国搜索行为研究的启示：①一是研究对象上要扩宽；②二是在研究方法上寻求突破和创新；③三是跨学科合作研究。

Abstract:

This article systematically sorts out relevant foreign literature, uses work tasks as the starting point of information search behavior, analyzes the knowledge context of foreign information search behavior, aims to grasp the research progress of foreign information search behavior, and reveals the research perspective and research method of foreign information search behavior , Research content and research trends, with a view to providing reference and reference for the research of information search behavior in China. This article comprehensively analyzes 94 documents using methods such as synthesis, induction, and comparison. In the context of knowledge research, it is sorted by research objects, research methods, and research content. The research content of information search behavior is classified according to scientific researchers, college students, and professional technology. Personnel and other groups are reviewed separately. The enlightenment of the research progress of information search behavior based on work tasks abroad to our country's search behavior research: ①The first is to broaden the research objects; ②The second is to seek breakthroughs and innovations in research methods; ③The third is interdisciplinary collaborative research.
