建筑业科技创新对提升行业竞争力，促进行业高质量发展具有重要作用。本文在现有科技创新水平评价研究的基础上，从科技创新投入、科技成果产出、科技经济效益3个方面构建建筑业科技创新水平评价体系。基于此评价体系，本文首先纵向分析了2009-2018年中国建筑业科技创新水平现状，然后将建筑业与制造业、农业的科技创新水平进行横向对比。结果显示，中国建筑业科技创新水平在2009-2018年间有一定提升，但相比其他行业仍有待改善。结合分析结果，本文提出了促进建筑业科技创新的建议。

The technology innovation of the construction industry has played an increasingly significant role in enhancing the competitiveness of the industry and enabling high-quality development of of the industry. On the basis of related literature on the evaluation of technology innovation level, this paper constructs the evaluation system of technology innovation level of China’s construction industry from three aspects: investment in technology innovation, output of technology innovation, and economic benefit. Based on this evaluation system, the current situation of construction industry’s technology innovation level from 2009 to 2018 is analyzed vertically, and the construction industry is compared with the manufacturing industry and agriculture horizontally. The results show that the technology innovation level of China’s construction industry has improved to a certain extent in the past 10 years, but it still needs further improvement compared with other industries. Finally, the paper puts forward some suggestions to enhance the innovation ability of the construction industry.
