Abstract:With the accelerated large-scale deployment of new infrastructure networks and the promotion of 5G services, the construction of the public infrastructure of 5G communications being vigorously promoted, how to reduce the high operation and maintenance costs and deepen resource sharing has become an important issue for the enterprise to solve urgently. This article considers the problem of base station agency maintenance companies share operation and maintenance resources for collaborative delivery. We design a simple and effective cost allocation method to characterize the contribution of each partner in the operation and maintenance resource sharing, and construct the improved neighborhood search algorithm to solve the vehicle path planning problem, a large number of numerical examples show that the method proposed in this paper can reduce the total cost of base station disconnection and achieve a win-win situation between the tower company and the agency maintenance companies, and also improve the efficiency of operation and maintenance services of the Tower Company without increasing resources.
