    随着新型基础设施网络的加速规模化部署和5G业务的推广,5G通讯公共基础设施建设工作正在大力推进中,如何降低高居不下的运维成本、深化运维资源共享是企业当前亟待解决的重要问题。本文考虑了基站代维企业通过共享运维资源的合作策略进行协作配送的问题,我们设计了简洁有效的成本分摊方法来刻画运维资源共享中各合作成员的贡献,建立改进变邻域搜索算法来求解基站网络运维路径规划模型,算例实验结果表明本文所提出的方法能够降低基站掉线总成本并实现铁塔公司和代维公司的多方共赢,在不增加资源的条件下提高了运维服务效率。

    Abstract:

    With the accelerated large-scale deployment of new infrastructure networks and the promotion of 5G services, the construction of the public infrastructure of 5G communications being vigorously promoted, how to reduce the high operation and maintenance costs and deepen resource sharing has become an important issue for the enterprise to solve urgently. This article considers the problem of base station agency maintenance companies share operation and maintenance resources for collaborative delivery. We design a simple and effective cost allocation method to characterize the contribution of each partner in the operation and maintenance resource sharing, and construct the improved neighborhood search algorithm to solve the vehicle path planning problem, a large number of numerical examples show that the method proposed in this paper can reduce the total cost of base station disconnection and achieve a win-win situation between the tower company and the agency maintenance companies, and also improve the efficiency of operation and maintenance services of the Tower Company without increasing resources.
