农业上市企业创新能力评价及其区域差异研究——基于我国56家农业上市企业的面板数据

Evaluation of innovation ability of listed agricultural enterprises and Study on it's Regional Difference： Based on the panel data of 56 listed agricultural enterprises in China

摘要:

科学评价农业上市企业创新能力，有助于加快农业现代化进程并建设创新型农业强国。基于我国56家农业上市企业2013-2019年的面板数据，构建农业上市企业创新能力评价指标体系，采用全局因子分析方法对农业上市企业创新能力进行打分和排序，并通过聚类分析比较各区域农业上市企业创新能力大小。结果表明：影响农业上市企业创新能力的主要因素为企业规模与财务、研发产出、区域创新力、研发投入、人员素质、企业成长6个因子；农业上市企业整体创新能力不强，但呈逐年上升的趋势；各省份的农业上市企业创新能力差异明显，整体来看，华中、华南和西北地区省份的农业上市企业创新能力普遍较低。针对如何增强农业上市企业创新能力提出三点政策建议。

Abstract:

Scientific evaluation of the innovation ability of listed agricultural enterprises is helpful to accelerate the process of agricultural modernization and build an innovation-oriented agricultural power. Based on the panel data of 56 listed agricultural enterprises in China from 2013 to 2019, an evaluation index system for the innovation ability of listed agricultural enterprises was constructed. Global factor analysis method was used to score and rank the innovation ability of listed agricultural enterprises, and cluster analysis was used to compare the innovation ability of listed agricultural enterprises in various regional. The results showed that the main factors affecting the innovation ability of listed agricultural enterprises were enterprise scale and finance, R&D output, regional innovation, R&D input, stuff quality and enterprise growth. The overall innovation ability of listed agricultural enterprises was not strong, but it showed an increasing trend year by year. The innovation ability of listed agricultural enterprises in different provinces was obviously different. On the whole, the innovation ability of listed agricultural enterprises in central and south China and northwest provinces was generally low.In view of how to enhance the innovation ability of listed agricultural enterprises, three policy Suggestions are put forward.
