Abstract:Based on stakeholder theory, this paper explores the impact of stakeholder integration on new product development performance of high-tech enterprises, as well as the mediating role of stakeholder-focused responsiveness and the moderating role of strategic flexibility. Through the investigation of 369 high-tech enterprises, it is found that stakeholder integration has a positive impact on new product development performance. Stakeholder-focused responsiveness plays an intermediary role in the relationship between stakeholder integration and new product development performance. Strategic flexibility positively regulates the promotion of stakeholder integration and stakeholder-focused responsiveness. On this basis, this paper puts forward some management suggestions for high-tech enterprises to improve the performance of new product development.
