金融资本赋能科技创新建立良性循环机制思考与研究

Thinking and Research on Financial Capital Empowering Technological Innovation and Establishing a Virtuous Cycle Mechanism

摘要:

我国经济正在由高速增长阶段转向高质量发展阶段，经济增长要依靠创新驱动。现阶段我国科技成果产业化与金融结合仍存在一定问题，我国当前多元金融资本还需进一步与产学研深度融合。本文从科技型中小企业的融资现状和融资需求出发，研究科技金融结合推动科技成果转化机制。聚焦新时期科技成果转化对金、产、研融合提出新要求，基于不同类型的金融资本促进金产研结合、推动科技成果转化进展与成效的研究，以及西方发达国家的有关经验，阐述了金、产、研融合良性循环机制的形成原理及现行机制存在的问题，最后提出促进构建金产研良性循环机制的着力点与有关政策建议。

Abstract:

China’s economy is shifting from a stage of rapid growth to high-quality development, and economic growth depends on innovation-driven. At this stage, there are still many problems in the integration of China"s scientific and technological achievements industrialization and finance, which diversified financial capital still is needed to be further integrated with industry, university and research production. Starting from the financing status and financing needs of technology-based SMEs, this article studies the mechanism of combining technology and finance to promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements. Focusing on the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in the new era puts forward new requirements for the integration of gold, industry and research, and based on the research of different types of financial capital to promoting the integration of gold, industry, research production, the progress and effectiveness of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, also with the relevant experience of western developed countries, explain the formation principle of the virtuous circle mechanism of the integration of gold, industry, and research and the existing problems of the current mechanism. Finally, it puts forward the focus and relevant policy recommendations to promote the construction of a virtuous circle mechanism of gold industry and research.
