农产品质量认证对农业经济增长影响的空间效应研究

摘要:

为了研究不同地区农产品质量认证对农业经济增长的空间溢出效应及其作用机制,在理论分析的基础上,利用2010～2017年全国省级面板数据,采用空间杜宾模型从空间维度实证检验农产品质量认证对农业经济增长的作用机制。研究发现：1)我国31个省市的农业经济发展水平在地理上呈现空间相关性；2)农产品质量认证对农业经济增长同时具有直接和间接影响,直接影响表现为产品质量认证对农业经济增长具有显著正向推动作用,农产品质量认证数量的提升能够推动本区域农业经济增长；间接影响表现为具有空间溢出效应,即本区域认证的绿色优质农产品会向相邻区域外溢,进而促进邻近地区农业经济增长；3)传统的OLS模型扩大了农产品质量认证发展的直接影响力,而忽略了农产品质量认证发展的溢出效应。基于研究结论,提出建议如下：以科技创新为支撑,加强农产品品牌培育; 以共享平台为助推,打造特色农业产业带; 以政策制度为保障,明确农业发展战略指导方向。

Abstract:

In order to study the spatial spillover effect of agricultural product quality certification on agricultural economic growth in different regions and its mechanism, based on theoretical analysis, using the national provincial panel data from 2010 to 2017, the spatial Dupin model was used to empiricly test the mechanism of agricultural product quality certification on agricultural economic growth from spatial dimension. The results show that: 1) the development level of agricultural economy in 31 provinces and cities in China is spatially correlated; 2) The quality certification of agricultural products has both direct and indirect effects on the growth of agricultural economy. The direct effect is that the product quality certification has a significant positive effect on the growth of agricultural economy, and the improvement of the quantity of quality certification of agricultural products can promote the growth of agricultural economy in the region; The indirect impact is manifested as a spatial spillover effect, that is, the green quality agricultural products certified in this region will spill over to neighboring regions, and then promote the growth of agricultural economy in the neighboring regions; 3) Traditional OLS models expand the direct influence of the development of agricultural product quality certification, but ignore the spillover effect of the development of agricultural product quality certification. Based on the research conclusions, the following suggestions are put forward: to strengthen the brand cultivation of agricultural products with the support of scientific and technological innovation; With the sharing platform as the boost, to create characteristic agricultural industrial belt; Policies and systems should be used to ensure the strategic direction of agricultural development.
