Abstract:Since the establishment of the State Key Laboratory, it has become an important scientific research platform that supports major national strategic projects, drives the country’s original innovation capabilities, and gathers high-end scientific and technological workers. Studying the driving force and action path in its operation and development process has become an important aspect of revealing its development law and exploring its scientific research system innovation. Using principal component analysis and expert scoring method, the driving force of the state key laboratory is analyzed in four aspects, and the driving force impact factor is designed and its weight is calculated. The study found that the driving force for the operation and development of national key laboratories at this stage is mainly driven by government and innovation, and the leading role of scientists and the market has not been fully realized. Finally, policy recommendations for the operation and development of national key laboratories are put forward.
