Abstract:Scientific and technological innovation is the extension and innovation of enclave economic model, which has the characteristics of location particularity, function superposition and operation mode particularity. This paper analyzes the operation mechanism of science and innovation enclave embedded in regional collaborative innovation network and its impact on innovation network, and takes the science and innovation enclave in Xinchang County, Zhejiang Province as an example. The results show that the sci-tech innovation enclave is an important node of the regional collaborative innovation network. After embedding the regional collaborative innovation network, through the superposition and combination of multiple functions, it reduces the innovation search cost, improves the innovation collaboration accuracy, changes the spatial interaction mechanism of regional collaborative innovation, and improves the network operation efficiency and transmission effect, At the same time, it provides a good way to carry out scientific and technological innovation in areas with relatively weak scientific and technological innovation resources in the network. Finally, based on the research conclusions, some suggestions are put forward, such as establishing a science and innovation enclave in the areas with intensive scientific and technological innovation resources, giving full play to the decisive role of market mechanism in the management and operation of science and innovation enclaves, building a chain service platform from innovation incubation to industrialization, and establishing a policy support system for science and innovation enclaves, so as to provide reference for promoting regional scientific and technological innovation.
