Abstract:In order to better explore the process of value co-creation of service-oriented manufacturing network, different from the general network perspective and complex network perspective, based on the theory of super-network, this paper constructs a big data-driven service-oriented manufacturing super-network model with five layers of subnet(big data environment subnet, service-oriented manufacturing subject subnet, service-oriented manufacturing resource subnet, service-oriented manufacturing capability subnet and service-oriented manufacturing value subnet), analyzes the relationship between the subnets and the process of value co-creation, and establishes a simulation model including big data driven, subject interaction, resource integration, capability role and value creation. The simulation results show the driving effect of big data accelerates the resource generation speed and capability formation speed of service-oriented manufacturing super-network, in particular, the driving effect on data resources, knowledge resources, dynamic innovation ability and data mining ability is more significant; For the contribution to the value creation of service-oriented manufacturing super-network, the contribution of dynamic innovation ability is greater when there is big data drive, and the contribution of organizational cooperation ability is greater when there is no big data drive. Whether there is big data drive or not, the role of data mining ability is not highlighted. In order to promote the service-oriented manufacturing network to better realize value co-creation, the government should actively build a policy environment and basic data environment conducive to promoting the formation and development of service-oriented manufacturing network, and increase the promotion and demonstration of typical cases of service-oriented manufacturing big data application; Enterprises should actively build a multi-dimensional digital platform to accelerate the integration of product and service business data within the main enterprises, use industrial Internet platforms to accelerate the integration and sharing of resources and data between main enterprises, and give play to the driving role of data elements to promote cross-field service-oriented value co-creation.
