多省竞争下的广东省电力装备产业发展研究

摘要:

研究我国大力发展电力装备产业中各省份的具体发展路径。结合聚类分析、态势分析（SWOT）与层次分析（AHP）方法构建一种定性分析与定量分析相结合的方法，分析广东省电力装备产业在多省竞争中的发展战略与措施。研究发现：广东省发展电力装备产业具有很好的基础，未来以新能源装备为主的电力装备产业将会展现出更大的发展潜力，江苏、山东、河南、浙江4省是广东省主要竞争省份；产业基础优势为最主要的内部优势，创新力不足为最主要的内部劣势，能源结构调整机遇是最主要的外部机遇，核心技术对外依存度高最主要的威胁，应首选积极的机会型战略；从实施主体、实施路径、风险把控三方面分析，储能、海上风电和光伏是主要发展基础的优势领域。提出未来广东省应充分结合自身优势，抓住当前发展机遇实现电力装备产业快速发展。

Abstract:

To examined the specific development paths of each province in the vigorous development of China's power equipment industry, the study combined cluster analysis, situational analysis (SWOT) and hierarchical analysis (AHP) methods to develop a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis, which was used to study the development strategies and measures of Guangdong's power equipment industry under the multi-province competition. The study found that: Guangdong Province has a very good foundation for the development of the power equipment industry, and in the development of future power equipment industry, with mainly new energy equipment, will show greater development potential, with Jiangsu, Shandong, Henan and Zhejiang provinces being the main competitive provinces. Industrial base advantage is the main internal advantage, lack of innovation is the main internal disadvantage, energy structure adjustment opportunity is the main external opportunity, and high external dependence of core technology is the main threat. Guangdong Province should prefer positive opportunity-based strategy. From the implementation of the main body and path, risk control three aspects of analysis, energy storage, offshore wind power and photovoltaic are the main development basis of the advantageous areas. The Guangdong Province should be fully combined with their own advantages, seize the current development opportunities to achieve rapid development of the power equipment industry.
