基于科研项目承担情况的地方企业潜在价值评估方法研究

摘要:

[目的]探索研究地方企业潜在价值评估方法。[方法]以地方企业的科研项目承担及执行情况相关的数据为依托,从经费投入能力、创新产出能力、外部资源获取能力、产学研合作强度、抗风险能力及承担项目平均达标率等六个维度构建了地方企业潜在价值评估指标体系,并以A省地方企业承担的科研项目数据进行了实证研究。[结论]基于企业科研项目承担及执行情况的地方企业潜在价值评估方法具备较强的可行性。[局限]由于地方企业数据的非公开性,具体的数据计算细节及评估结果未能公开,致使实证研究部分不够完备。

Abstract:

[Purpose] Explore and study the potential value evaluation method of local enterprises；[Method] Based on the data related to the undertaking and implementation of scientific research projects of local enterprises, this paper constructs the evaluation index system of potential value of local enterprises from six dimensions: the ability of funding input, the ability of innovation output, the ability to obtain external resources, the intensity of industry university research cooperation, the ability to resist risks and the average rate of reaching the standard of undertaking projects, and makes an empirical study on the data of scientific research projects undertaken by local enterprises in a province Research on syndrome differentiation；[Result]It is feasible to evaluate the potential value of local enterprises based on the undertaking and implementation of scientific research projects.[Limitations] Due to the non disclosure of local enterprise data, the specific data calculation details and evaluation results can not be made public, resulting in incomplete empirical research.
